Financial Transparency
The Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Our EIN is 88-1529558. All donations are tax deductible subject to any limitations on deductibility applicable to the individual taxpayer.
Until early 2026, we were a nearly 100% volunteer-run organization. In March 2026, we hired an operations manager to oversee the increased volume and complexity of legal requests from detained immigrants.
CIJF obtained 501(c)(3) status in May 2022. Links to our 990’s are available below.
